A war with North Korea, if it should launch missiles and kill Americans or South Koreans, could shoot the world's security level into the red zone. If there should be a war, it would have a major impact, and we certainly don't want our populations or our troops in danger of devastation in such an unnecessary war that might be started by an upstart North Korean leader.
